At Complete Fitness4Life we understand that no two clients are the same; we put the ‘personal' back into Personal Training. All of our programme setting and personal training sessions are based on the proven science of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and kinesiology.

With Complete Fitness4Life you get a personal fitness trainer with skills in psychological and motivational strategies, sports injury therapy, and nutritional intake; as well as having been trained to the highest level in Personal Training and Sports Massage Therapy.

Whenever we take on a new client, we employ our tried and tested ‘Route to Success,' formula, to get you the results that you want.

1/ Consultation (FREE)

This is where you get a chance to meet and get to know your trainer, before commencing your programme. Similarly the trainer will get to know you, and explore areas such as your goals and objectives, your exercise history, any bad habits, etc. As this part of the ‘Route to Success' is free, you can be safe in the knowledge that should you be unhappy with anything at all and do not wish to proceed, you will not have parted with any money.

2/ Assessment

This is where we put the ‘personal' into our Personal Training. With our unique equipment we are able to conduct a full Body Composition Analysis. This means measuring and recording your weight, body fat, muscle mass, physique rating, total body water %, visceral fat (fat around the abdomen), metabolic age, and much more. Armed with this information, we are able to set you specific goals, and track your progress with the greatest of accuracy.

We then do a complete postural assessment to assess any areas of weakness or imbalance. This is followed by a complete flexibility and range of motion assessment to determine any areas of tight or inflexible muscles. We then review the nutritional diary we would have asked you to compile during the consultation stage and begin to analyse it.

All the above factors will be contributing to how you feel currently, and some will be barriers to your future success. At Complete Fitness4Life we address and knock down these barriers from the get-go, vastly increasing the speed of your ‘Route to Success.'

All the above and more is the reason we are able to state with such confidence that the programme we set will be right for you, and will get you the results that you want.

3/ Programme Setting

Armed with all the tools we need, we can now go away and devise your programme. Depending on how many times a week you choose to train with us, we can set you multiple programmes. If you can only afford once a week with your personal fitness trainer, we can set you a programme that you will be able to follow in your own time.

That is the service you get from Complete Fitness4Life; we are with you every step of the way.

4/ Action

We are now ready to begin! With your trainer you will be helped and motivated through your journey along your ‘Route to Success.' Depending on experience level and regularity of training, your trainer will design a new programme for you every 4 to 6 weeks.

5/ Results

Now for the best part, watching the results you have always wanted become a reality! If you stick with your programme it won't be long before you start to see results. After approximately 6 weeks on the programme, we will re-take the measurements that we took in the assessment phase, and show you just how far you have come!
