There will be no fad diets, no quick fixes, just subtle, sustainable alterations.

Often clients will end up eating more than they were before they joined Complete Fitness4Life, and proceed to lose the weight that they wanted to. It is often small factors, such as the timing of your meals, or your hydration levels that will make the difference for you. It doesn't have to be a huge change where you give up all of your favourite foods that will get you the results.

Complete Fitness4Life also offer an ‘out-with-the-old,' ‘in-with-the-new,' nutritional session. This entails going through your cupboards, and taking you on a trip to the supermarket and showing you where you are going wrong. This service is available both as part of a personal training course of sessions, and as an individual one-off session.
